Do most guys expect sex while in a relationship?

I am a 19 year old virgin and never had a boyfriend. There is this guy who I like and I hope we will become boyfriend and girlfriend. I told him I am waiting until marriage(well I really don't know, I just say that for now) and he said that is fine except he will become sexual frustrated sometimes. He is 23 and not a virgin. So do most guys expect sex(vaginal or oral)? Are there actually relationships where nothing sexual happens?
