Is it true that when you have Sex your body changes Physically?

I'm 18years old, and i just recently lost my virginity not too long ago, and i was wondering... if that's true. because alot of people tell me this. I have noticed some changes.... so i was just wondering..

No it doesn't. Not unless you get pregnant or an infection.
